Processing
All orders are custom made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process once the order has been received (excluding weekends and National holidays). All items are subject to processing time separate from shipping times. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information and will update once the package has been submitted to the carrier.

Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. Expedited shipping may be selected at checkout and provide quicker ship times. Athlete ATH is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages.

Can I exchange my item?
Online orders are not available for exchange and will be processed as a return. If the return is approved, the customer will received a refund and a new order can be processed online.
